Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at vegivate@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., opened or partially consumed snacks).
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
- Items not in their original condition or packaging.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at vegivate@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
- Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the return is a result of our mistake.
